FIT5 INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM is a version of personal training that covers only certain areas of personal training. It covers counseling, exercise, and an exercise program, in a small group of more people who still get individual expert treatment for a more affordable price.
Unlike personal training in the FIT5 INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM, several people can train at the same time in one term, adapting the training plan to each client and taking into account their needs and wishes.
